When we first spoke to Anna Miller, she had a dream of hosting her own female and family retreats. Anna had been on a few others and wanted to design them in her own way, but she didn’t have the experience within the travel industry to know where to start. Anna had a successful travel blog at the time called Twins That Travel and she wanted to turn that blog into real life experiences, whilst also pursuing an interest in female only adventures. Anna also has a real passion for African safari adventures, and these passions are what helped shape the future business she was developing.
We helped turn these dreams into reality by working closely with Anna, on how to engage her community through travel, whilst in the background designing her first ever experiences.
We knew that she wanted to start with experiences to Africa, somewhere we have a lot of experience within and making an experience that truly stood out to Annas community was essential in making this become a future travel brand.
Since then, Anna has developed a whole brand called Wild Hearted Adventures. They have ran multiple trips from the Peak District and Madeira, to Iceland and South Africa. Anna and the Wild Hearted Adventures community have even climbed Kilimanjaro together in 2024, which is an truly incredible achievement and an experience built entirely around her goals, values and passions.
Speaking of her most recent trip to Uganda, Anna and 17 of her community went in search of Gorillas. They spent 10 days exploring the beauty of Bwindi National Park, chimpanzee trekking in Budongo and taking Safari Boat cruises down the Nile in search of some of the best wildlife Africa has to offer. These experiences really showcase just how passionate and engaged her community are, and building trips around their passions is what Anna and the team at Inspired love to do.
