Day 2/3: Etosha National Park – Namutoni
We leave Windhoek and travel north to Etosha National Park, arriving in time to enjoy a late afternoon scenic game drive in the Kiboko truck. We will base ourselves in the Eastern side of the Park for the next 2 nights.
This Park is one of the most important reserves and game sanctuaries in Africa, as well as a wildlife photographer’s dream, abundant with thousands of wild animals, such as blue wildebeest, springbok, zebra, kudu, giraffe, cheetah, leopard, lion and elephant, calling this area their home.
Day 3 is spent adventuring in the open 4×4, while you capture the abundant wildlife from behind your lens.
We will spend the evening at the Namutoni Rest Camp, inside the park.
Breakfast & Dinner Included.
Day 4: Etosha National Park – Okakeujo
We will spend the morning viewing the wealth of wildlife and spectacular scenery, traveling from East to West, via the Etosha Pan.
After checking into the Okakeujo Rest Camp, we’ll explore our new surroundings with a late afternoon game drive.
We’ll then finish the day with sundowners in a magical setting, by the floodlit waterhole, capturing the magic that unfolds as we watch the wildlife come to rest.
Break & Dinner Included.
Day 5 and 6: Damaraland
Our adventure continues, travelling through the Western corridor of the Park, across the Damaraland region with its vast and rugged terrain.
Here, the mountains are intercepted by wide gravel plains, which run into sandy riverbeds and hot, dry valleys, providing an epic backdrop to capture some awe-dropping landscape shots.
Day 6 we set off to explore in our 4×4, searching for the Desert elephants in the surrounding riverbeds, before enjoying dinner and a good night’s sleep at the Khowarib Lodge (or similar).
Breakfast & Dinner Included.
Day 7: Spitzkoppe
We travel through Damaraland to the amazing landscape of the granite peaks and inselbergs of Spitzkoppe. From here, we enjoy walks in the epic mountain range, where we will capture the starkness and dramatic environment.
That night, we camp under the stars; our bush camp is set among the boulders and offers some of the best star gazing you’ll ever see.
In true authentic African Bush style, the camp doesn’t have shower facilities and we will be going wild using a bush toilet.
Breakfast & Dinner Included.
Day 8 and 9: Swakopmund
Arriving at Swakopmund mid morning, we’ll have the afternoon free to explore this charming old coastal town. For those looking to practice their aerial photography, we can book a scenic flight over the vast and expansive Namib Desert, for you to capture the ever-changing colours and contrasts of this spectacular terrain from above.
On Day 9, spend the day with Mola Mola Adventures. We will enjoy all the best experiences in one, epic day! The Atlantic Ocean, the beach at Pelican Point sand Peninsula, amazing lunch occasion and the ancient, magnificent dunes of Sandwich harbour. We’ll stay in local favourite The Delight (or similar).

Day 10, 11 and 12: Sesriem/ Sossusvlei
Departing Swakopmund, we’ll travel to our next camp located on the edge of the Namib Desert. That afternoon, we hike up Elim Dune, one of the most photographed dunes in the world, to enjoy the golden sunset over the shimmering desert and capture the moment on camera.
We leave early the next morning for the incredible Sossusvlei, stopping en route, in the dune belt, to witness the changing colours of the world’s highest sand dunes. We’ll hike a truly breathtaking 5kms to Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, featuring some of the most remarkable photography landscape known to man.
