Meet Berghaus
Outdoor Gear Brand
A heritage brand that lives for the outdoors. They wanted to reconnect their internal corporate team with the very ethos they sell: resilience, adventure, and camaraderie.
"The brief was simple but demanding: 'We want to break them down and build them back up."
The brief was simple but demanding: 'We want to break them down and build them back up.' Berghaus wanted a true test of endurance for their leadership team—not a glamping trip. They chose the National Three Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon) in 24 hours. They needed silent logistics that moved as fast as they did, with safety nets that were invisible but rock-solid.
The Goal
To complete the National Three Peaks challenge in under 24 hours as a team building exercise.
The Challenge
Coordinating a fast-moving 24-hour challenge across three countries with sleep deprivation and physical exhaustion as key risks.
Specific Needs
Dedicated driver support, mountain guides for night sections, and nutrition planning.
Crafting the Experience
We operated as a 'ghost' white-label support team. We had luxury splitter vans waiting at the bottom of every peak—heated, stocked with hot food, and ready to roll. We didn't just drive; we managed the 'admin' of survival. We monitored pace, forced caloric intake, and managed morale during the dark hours. When the weather turned on Scafell Pike, our guides made the call to push through safely. It wasn't just a hike; it was a military-grade operation in logistics.
Precision Logistics
We provided a fleet of support vehicles with two drivers per vehicle to ensure safety on the road. On the mountain, our guides set the pace, managing the group's energy levels. We coordinated hot food drops at the base of each mountain to maximize recovery time.
The Outcome
100% completion rate. The team described it as the 'hardest but most rewarding thing we've ever done together'.
