Meet Fujifilm UK

Camera Manufacturer

A global leader in photography, famous for their color science and medium format GFX system. They run premium workshops to connect directly with their pro user base.

The Vision

"Fujifilm said, 'We want to put our GFX cameras in the hands of pros in the most dramatic landscape in the UK."

Fujifilm said, 'We want to put our GFX cameras in the hands of pros in the most dramatic landscape in the UK.' But they needed more than just a location; they needed a logistics partner who could handle thousands of pounds of gear, high-end hospitality, and unpredictable Scottish weather. 'If it rains, we need a Plan B that is just as good as Plan A.'

The Goal

To provide a premium landscape photography experience where users could test gear in dramatic conditions.

The Challenge

A major camera brand needed a flawless event to showcase their medium format GFX system to potential buyers.

Specific Needs

Luxury accommodation, transport for heavy gear, and expert locations that look epic even in bad weather.

Making it Happen

Crafting the Experience

We established a base at the Kingshouse Hotel, offering direct access to Glen Etive. We didn't just book a bus; we hired a fleet of luxury vans so each photographer had their own seat and space for gear. We created a 'weather-proof' itinerary. When the storm hit on Day 2, we pivoted instantly to a moody , dramatic edit session in the hotel's conference suite, then headed out right as the storm broke for dramatic light. We managed the inventory of 30+ GFX bodies and lenses, ensuring every participant had the specific kit they requested.

Precision Logistics

Operating as Fujifilm's white-label logistics engine, we managed the complex inventory of high-value equipment. We provided a dedicated logistics team to handle the gear transport at every location, ensuring the photographers could focus solely on capturing the shot.

The Outcome

Fujifilm reported high conversion rates on gear sales and participants rated the workshop 5/5 for organization and experience.
