Hosting & Logistics
Do I need to be a travel expert to host a retreat?
Not at all. Your role is simply to bring your community together and lead your sessions. We act as your invisible operations team—handling everything from flights and comprehensive guest protection, to ground transport, accommodation, and endless guest queries.
How much input do I have on the itinerary?
Complete input. While we provide the logistical framework and expert recommendations based on decades of experience, the soul of the trip is entirely yours. We will tailor the schedule around your workshops, downtime preferences, and group dynamic.
Do I have to travel with the group?
Yes. You are the host and the anchor for the community experience. However, an Inspired Ventures ground partner or dedicated local guide will be with you 24/7, meaning you are never responsible for leading logistics or troubleshooting.
Financials & Bookings
How does the financial model work?
You earn a clear, agreed profit margin on every booking. We manage all the complicated financial mechanics—including secure trust accounts, comprehensive insurance, and supplier payments. You simply receive your earnings directly.
Can my community members pay in installments?
Yes. We know flexibility is important. Our bespoke booking platform allows your guests to secure their spot with a deposit and spread the remaining balance over manageable installments.
What happens if a guest cancels?
Our customer service team handles all cancellations, refunds, and policy enforcement. You never have to have an awkward financial conversation with a member of your community.
Safety & Support
Is my retreat financially protected?
Yes. Inspired Retreats is part of the Inspired Ventures family. We are fully insured and manage all funds through independent trust accounts. Your community's money is 100% safe.
Who provides customer support to my guests?
We do. From the moment they click 'Book', our dedicated UK team takes over. We answer questions about dietary requirements, travel insurance, flight times, and packing lists.
